A word about Debi:
Debi has lived in the Carolinas for the past 15 years and loves it here! She has experience in every facet of the home buying experience, having started in the transaction closing services, moving on to selling in model homes, as well as managing sales teams and communities for both public and private builders. Her last position with a builder was Regional Sales Director in the Carolinas, but Debi decided that she missed the personal fulfillment of working one on one.
A word about Chris:
Growing up with a Realtor© for a parent, it’s safe to say that real estate has been a mainstay in Chris’s life for as long as he can remember. Some of his fondest childhood memories took place in model homes where his mom was helping people find their perfect home. While other kids in his neighborhood were outside playing, he and his siblings could often be found in a model home talking with eager couples and families in an effort to buy his mom some time.
After spending years working for the #1 builder in America, Mallory is so excited to be able to now use her background and knowledge to offer her clients the best all-inclusive home buying experience! In 2016, after graduating from Appalachian State University with a degree in Accounting, she moved to Columbia for an opportunity to work for the Nation’s Largest Builder. She was looking for a career that emphasized building personal relationships and helping people achieve their goals and dreams.
Lyn Nanni is the newest member of the Lafayette Team, having just moved to the Columbia area in September 2020 from Central Coast California to be closer to family. She began as a Sales Agent for Prudential Locations Hawaii in 2007 and since then has worked as a Real Estate Executive Assistant, Property Manager, Listing Manager and Transaction Coordinator. Lyn loves being a part of the process that matches buyers to their dream home and sellers to their best buyers. She brings attention to detail, consistent follow-up with clear communication and a professional can-do attitude to every transaction.
I have recently changed my career to Full Time Real Estate agent in the Lexington, SC area. As a South Carolina native, I have worked in the Home Improvement Retail industry for over 17 years.
